Co-living scheme in Chelsea, London

Working with Titan Construction for co-living innovators The Collective, the brief was to refurbish an old mansion style apartment building into a co-living scheme featuring a number of self contained micro flats which were supported by common areas such as a large kitchen, cinema room, laundry and other ancillary services.

We delivered the scheme from RIBA Stage 4 onwards following the concept design by others.
