We worked on the full refurbishment of a commercial space in Birmingham alongside Marshdale Construction for client Star Cars.

 

We re-designed the internal areas for both customer and staff, such as the main entrance and customer reception area, first floor offices and the main hub. We also worked on the internal layout alternations and changes to the existing windows.

 

External work included new perimeter fencing, parking, illuminated signage and electrical vehicle charging points. Modern full-height glazing and projecting feature signage was added to the main façades of building and render applied to remaining areas of the external facade at ground floor level.

 

There is also improved fire strategy and thermal performance to the overall building.
