The Space Studio won the interior design scope of works for this 67 bed Extra Care scheme against 2 other practices following a presentation and site visit to the recently completed Beacon Centre. Our scope of work covers communal spaces to include restaurant, coffee bar, hair salon, corridors, lounges and the show apartment. The concept is to give a hotel-like, quality feel.

Our early appointment allowed us to have more involvement in the design process and implement any changes to ensure the space fully meets the requirements of the user group and that there is a synergy with the architects vision.
